Annual Accounts & Corporation Tax Returns

It is a legal requirement for Limited Companies to file their accounts each year.  We can help take the hassle out of preparing the accounts for you.

When the annual accounts are prepared we will also accurately calculate the tax that the Company owes on the profits for the year. 

VAT Returns

For companies or sole traders who are VAT registered we prepare and file VAT returns in a timely manner so that there is plenty of time ahead of the deadline to pay the HMRC or, if the return is a refund, get the funds back in the company account as soon as possible.

Payroll Services

We have vast experience in payroll and can take care of all of your payroll needs. We offer a compliant, efficient and accurate service. We calculate employee wages, what they owe in tax and any other deductions that are applicable. We will then advise what the Company owes to the HMRC and the date by which it is due.

CIS Returns

For those of you involved in the Construction Industry we can assist you in collating and submitting your CIS returns as well as reclaiming any CIS that you have suffered.
